Great story! I read it in the same breath.

I have an employee who came to work for me precisely because I noticed him in a coffee shop.

The story was like this.... I was sitting at the table drinking coffee and eating scrambled eggs, checking tasks in Trello, etc. and heard one guy vividly sharing about how he had made hits on one of the sites in half a year. Over 3,000 hits a day. I was interested and went over to him, we started talking and in the course of the conversation he told me about some backlinks strategies, etc. about how he and where he gets content. His name is David, 24 years old.

At the end we met in the evening in the same cafe after his shift and I offered him to come to my agency. So there you go! Maybe someday he'll write his story here.
